follow your heart

I'm always told
"follow your heart."
But what if my heart
is in a thousand pieces,
Which part
do I follow?

so hard sometimes

its just like I’m trying so hard but all i can think about is that knife...i won’t do anything because i can’t, i just can’t, but its all i can think about. its just so hard, ya kno? its so hard sometimes, just to get out of bed, just to check my email and do my laundry and make my bed - all of which are things u easily do on a regular basis without a struggle.
